COCA 'Suki' Steamboat was founded by Mr. Srichai Phanphensophon and his wife, Mrs. Patama, in 1957 in Soi Dejo, Thailand. Their first restaurant was small and inconspicuous, offering only a 20-seat capacity. However, this humble beginning was the start of a winning recipe! From Mrs. Patama's great passion for cooking came fresh, delicious dishes and the special COCA sauce. Mr. Srichai himself pioneered new Thai-style 'Suki' steamboat dining, and invented the name "COCA" which comes from the Chinese word "Kekou", meaning "appetizing"! Today, with more than 30 COCA ‘Suki’ Restaurants throughout Asia including Thailand, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Myanmar, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea, Lao P.D.R., Cambodia and Vietnam, their legacy of offering fresh and appetizing 'Suki' lives on...
